Both raw and ripe puerh share the same health benefits, but have very different flavors. The teas Ku Cha will sample:
- Da Yi ripe puerh (A very well known puerh brand in China and a traditional puerh flavor)
- Lan Cang ripe puerh (Ripe puerh from a smaller producer. Rich, earthy, and complex.)
- Zhong cha yellow seal ripe puerh (2004 ripe puerh. Earthy and sweet.)
