The Rocky Mountain Play Park, an indoor kids play area featuring Looney Tunes characters taking part in some of the healthy and fun activities that the Rocky Mountains offer. In partnership with HealthONE’s Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children and Looney Tunes, the play park is located inside the shopping center just outside Macy’s on the lower level.

Starbucks - Both East and West locations are available in the walkway of the shopping center on the lower level.
California Pizza Kitchen - Located on the lower level by the 1st Avenue front entrance and valet.

Where do I park at Cherry Creek Shopping Center?

We have two covered parking garages. The East parking deck is accessible from Steele Street just past the RiteAid and Safeway. The West parking deck is accessible from University Blvd. at Cherry Creek Drive South, just south of First Avenue or from First Avenue, just west of Nordstrom.

Additionally, we have outdoor ground level parking in Cherry Creek West located at the corner of First Avenue and University Blvd.

We are also pleased offer valet parking. This service is located off First Avenue between just West of Neiman Marcus. Rates are $8 for the first two hours and $2 for each additional hour.

How can I reach Security?

Cherry Creek Shopping Center, located in Denver, Colorado, is currently seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager to assist with the management of the shopping center’s Guest Services Department. The primary goal of the position is to ensure that all guests receive a high level of quality service while visiting the shopping center. The Assistant Guest Services Manager will assist with directing the day-to-day activities and development of 6-7 Guest Services personnel. The ideal applicant will possess a thorough knowledge of Cherry Creek and the surrounding areas, as well as upcoming events, and will be able to handle all guest inquiries. Applicants must have 3-5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities:

Communication
• Communicate effectively with mall management, Guest Services Manager, tenants, and guests
• Establish a strong rapport with retailers and distribute information as necessary
• Act as a liaison between guests and mall management
• Maintain awareness of issues pertinent to center and report as necessary

Team Leadership
• Assist in interviewing and hiring staff
• Provide new employee training, as well as continued employee team training and evaluation
• Assist with preparation of staff meetings and provide minutes to supervisor and mall management staff
•Assist with establishment of shifts and creating a weekly work schedule for employees, making accommodations when necessary
• Set team and individual performance goals
• Set goals for Guest Services Representatives and monitor and report results
• Promote and monitor operating policies
• Trouble shoot guest issues
• Drive Guest Services team to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction.

Training
• Provide ongoing training opportunities for all Guest Services Representatives

Administrative
• Accurately complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports and meet deadlines
• Daily reconciliation of gift card monies
• Create memos and informational pieces for Guest Services team
• Scheduling and payroll

Knowledge
• Knowledge of shopping center stores and restaurants and their product lines
• Knowledge of the trade area surrounding the shopping center, including current events
• Knowledge of area hotels, restaurants, and transportation systems

Technical/Operations
• Troubleshoot gift card program and maintain equipment
• Intermediate skill level with computer software and able to troubleshoot employee computer errors
• Knowledge of telephone system, and radios where applicable
• Inspection of strollers and wheelchairs for safe and proper operation

Marketing - Assist manager in these areas:
• Support mall marketing initiatives
• Manage Guest Services team participation in promotional activities
• Manage day to day operations of shopping center gift card program, including corporate orders as necessary

The Assistant Guest Services Manager must be available for a variety of shifts, including a mix of days, nights, and weekends. This position offers a salary of $13.00 per hour, as well as a benefits package which includes paid time off and medical insurance.

Parking in the East and West parking decks is complimentary. The East parking deck may be accessed by Steele Street and the West parking deck may be accessed by First Avenue at Clayton Lane or Northbound University Blvd via Cherry Creek North Drive.

Valet parking is also available during all mall hours, cost is $8 for the first two hours and $2 for each additional hour. The valet circle may be accessed off of First Avenue between Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus.
